It is today that the SIAM journals are supposed to migrate to the Scitation platform. New features that will now be possible are: BiBTeX citation downloads, expanded reference linking to include Inspec and MEDLINE, forward citation linking, and new search engine. IEEE has made the first seven years of its first journal available in Xplore. Now titled Proceedings of the IEEE, the journal was titled The Proceedings of the IRE when it premiered in January of 1913.
