Vector – new ebook collection from IoP

The IoP has launched a collection of e-books called Vector.

Vector, offers you electronic access, for the very first time, to over 170 books from our list, through an easy-to-use and fully searchable interface. All books published since 2000 have now been digitized, together with some selected bestselling titles. New titles will be added to the service as they are published. Vector enables students and researchers to rapidly locate high-quality material related to their studies and interests.

Launching with over 3,500 chapters, Vector allows access to over 88,000 pages of content from general science books, monographs, undergraduate and graduate textbooks and major reference works in the following subjects:
* Theoretical and Computational Physics
* Molecular, Quantum and Plasma Physics
* Space Sciences and Cosmology
* Materials and Devices
* Nuclear and High Energy Physics
* Biomedical and Biophysics
* Measurement and Engineering
* Optics and Electro-optics
* General and Popular Science

The service is freely accessible to the abstract level to every user, including access to supporting material. Full-text access is available by subscription, either with a one-time fee or annual fee.
