Feb 6, 2004 by

Nancy Hayes, reference librarian at Wittenberg University, has communicated the following to me (thanks Nancy):

The Program for University Librarians in the Sciences is now accepting candidates for the new year. The offering: nine half-time paid graduate assistantships in Library and Information Science for individuals with degrees in the sciences or health sciences who wish to become university librarians. The chosen nine will study for a MLIS from the University of Iowa and will gain work experience in one of three university libraries: Iowa State University Library, The University of Iowa Libraries, or the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Libraries.

Deadline is March 1st 2004.
