BBA decoder for Science Direct

Jan 28, 2004 by

Jenny Reiswig and her colleagues at the University of California – San Diego are very graciously offering the Science Direct decoder they have prepared for Biochimica et Biophysica Acta. Science Direct splits the e-journal up into numerous, difficult to maneuver, sections and the decoder, going back to volume 1, help makes sense of it. It is free to use by all.

A note though: “The decoder uses the University of California’s “PIDs” (purls) in the title links instead of the regular URLs for the journals, so if you intend to gobble up the HTML and do something with it, please search-and-replace the URLs to whatever you use for ScienceDirect titles.”
